Sony PlayStation mag dan wel een groot bedrijf zijn, maar is zeer zeker altijd geïnteresseerd in wat de consument te zeggen heeft over de aangeboden producten. Daarom organiseert Sony voor het derde jaar op rij de Gamers’ Choice Awards, waarin wij als community het laatste woord hebben over wat de beste games zijn die uitkwamen op het Amerikaanse PSN in 2012.

Vanaf vandaag kun je daarom je stem uitbrengen op de hoogst beoordeelde games in verscheidene categorieën. Je hebt één week de tijd om de PS Store of de SEN online store te bezoeken en daarna te stemmen na het downloaden van de Gamers’ Choice Awards theme voor het PlayStation 3 XMB menu. De winnende games uit elke categorie zullen voor bepaalde tijd met korting te downloaden zijn vanuit de Amerikaanse PlayStation Store. Voor de PlayStation Plus leden zijn de games met extra korting te downloaden.
