Zoals elke maand heeft Sony weer bekendgemaakt welke games er tijdens de afgelopen maand het meest zijn verkocht via het PlayStation Network. Veel hele grote games kwamen er niet uit in april en dus zien we slechts twee nieuwe titels in de lijst met PlayStation 4 games, namelijk Persona 5 en Outlast II.

FIFA 17 blijft nog altijd erg goed verkopen en die game zien we dus ook bovenaan de lijst terug. Verder doet Job Simulator het goed onder de PlayStation VR games en zijn er in de andere categorieën vooral veel games die terugkeren.
