Assassin’s Creed: Origins heeft zojuist een patch gekregen die het mogelijk maakt om HDR te gebruiken in de game. Deze patch voegt ook een aantal HDR-opties toe, zoals we dit al eerder zagen bij Gran Turismo Sport, al dan wel iets minder uitgebreid.

Zo kun je bij Assassin’s Creed: Origins ‘Maximum Luminance’ wijzigen wanneer je HDR mogelijk als te fel ervaart. Ook kun je het ‘wit-niveau’ aanpassen in de game, om er zo voor te zorgen dat de game niet te donker of te licht wordt.

Vooral met de felle Egyptische zon zal een HDR-patch wonderen doen voor deze game. De patch weegt 1.5GB en is vanaf nu beschikbaar voor de PS4 en PS4 Pro.
