In januari van dit jaar is de officiele PlayStation App door Sony gelanceerd. Sinds de release van deze eerste versie heeft Sony, zoals het een goed bedrijf beaamt, goed opgelet wat de gebruikers plaatsten op bijvoorbeeld blogs, twitter, de Android Market en in iTunes.

Binnenkort zal dus een nieuwe versie uitgebracht worden van de PlayStation App. Dit zal versie 1.1 worden en hier zijn een aantal van de meest aangevraagde features aan toegevoegd.

  • In the MyPSN section you’ll be able to order your friend list based on their online status and search for friends.
  • You will now have the ability to compare trophy information with your friends in more detail, as shown in the screenshots below.
  • In the Blog section, you’ll now be able to comment directly from the app and also rate the posts in portrait and landscape mode.
  • There is a new section in the app called Share & Discuss. In there you’ll find all our official PlayStation updates from Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

Houdt wel in de gaten dat versie 1.1 niet meer werkt op toestellen met Android versie 1.6. Deze zal dus eerst voorzien moeten worden van een update.
